TYLERTOWN — Aldermen adopted a resolution Tuesday that might eventually mean a boost to town coffers of more than $700,000.
The resolution, drawn up by the Mississippi Municipal League, urges the Legislature to authorize the State Tax Commission garnish tax refunds for delinquent court fines that are submitted by towns and cities.
