Dave Hughes said there are two basic causes that let scams succeed.
Scammers “prey on fear and laziness to take advantage of people,” Hughes told the McComb Lions Club Tuesday.
Hughes, an on-air personality for SuperTalk Mississippi 93.5, said he and family members have been targets of scammers.
