Former mayor Zach Patterson, second in the Democratic primary runoff for mayor by four votes after a first-place finish by nine votes in the first primary, began inspecting the contents of the runoff ballot boxes this morning.
His lawyer said they will contest the aftermath of the first primary, as well.
