State Rep. Sam Mims V, R-McComb, sees the previous legislative session as a positive for the state, and believes the upcoming session will be good, as well.
That’s highlighted by the state budget, which clocked in about $6 billion with level funding or slight increases for most programs, Mims told the McComb Lions Club on Tuesday.
