After a couple of false starts Tuesday, McComb selectmen chose a firm to represent the city in its issuance of bonds to build a new Martin Luther King Recreation Complex.
Selectman Devante Johnson offered a motion to engage the Chambers and Gaylor firm of Jackson, but the motion died without a second.
