Movement has been slow on a federal court case over the collapse of a downtown McComb building.
Hudson Specialty Insurance and Talex Enterprises, the occupier of the former Kramer Roof building as Jubilee Performing Arts Center, filed claims and counter claims over the liability for the collapse that occurred July 23, 2017.
