The city of Magnolia is entering it’s first phase of borrowing $1.5 million to repave 12 streets, build a park on Quinlivan Road and a pavilion at the farmer’s market on West Railroad Avenue.
Last week, Mayor Anthony Witherspoon opened a public meeting for any concerns or comments that residents may have concerning the bond issue.
