The McComb Music and Heritage Festival wants to bring the feel of the New Orleans Jazz Festival or Memphis in May on a smaller scale to the city of McComb.
And, with the exception of a French dining experience on Friday, the Pike County Little Theatre’s production of a Mid-Summer’s Night Dream and food, it’s all free.
