ZACHARY, La. — A Louisiana fire captain accused of killing his wife Sunday in Wilkinson County was found dead from a single gunshot wound to the head Monday in Durango, Colo.
Rudolf “Rudi” Shoats, 48, was suspected of fatally shooting his wife, Khristie Rollins Shoats, 45.
