Magnolia officials are going back to the drawing board to rework the plans for a new pavilion, which originally included a public restroom.
The pavilion, to be located on the corner of West Railroad Avenue and East Bay Street, is the next project funded by a $1.5 million general obligation bond issued in 2016.
