Pike County supervisors on Tuesday voted to seek an injunction against CN Railroad after hearing concerns about the safety of the Fernwood rail crossing.
Resident Regina Varnado voiced concerns to supervisors about the crossing, which is close to the newly rebuilt Fernwood bridge.
