Southwest Mississippi hasn’t historically gotten its share of the state pie, says the local chancery court judge, and that includes her own judicial district.
Debbra K. Halford, chancellor for Mississippi s 4th Chancery Court district, noted Wednesday that hers is the only four-county district in the state with only one judge.
