Replacing statues of one of two Mississippi secessionists with that of an African-American in the U.S. Capitol’s National Statuary Hall Collection may be easier than changing the state flag.
But not many changes come easy or fast in Mississippi, unless it was legal casino gambling back in the early 1990s.
