South Pike jumped out to a 35-0 lead at halftime over North Pike and cruised to a 51-7 Region 7-4A victory at Colee Field.
Coupled with Lawrence County’s 34-6 loss to Purvis, the victory gave South Pike (6-5, 2-3) the No. 3 seed in the South State 4A playoffs, which begin next week.
