Mississippi Lions Eye Bank executive administrator David Barham said the Flowood-based organization is one of the nation’s best.
Barham said 2013 was a busy calendar year for the bank, which procures and preserves corneas for transplant throughout the state and beyond.
The facility is the only one of its kind on the state.
