Although the record doesn’t indicate it, Parklane Academy football coach Mike Powell fully expects 1-5 Hillcrest Christian to offer his club a formidable challenge Friday night in Jackson.
After losing its first five games of the season, Hillcrest earned a 14-12 victory over MAIS Class A opponent Prentiss Christian last Friday.
