A local citizen got into a heated discussion with the attorney for the City of McComb during a work session on Tuesday and got a lesson in public records requests.
The exchange between attorney Wayne Dowdy and Alfred Eubanks was intense, with each man standing his ground, but still following the guidelines of etiquette and fair play.
