Joy Thomas, the Enterprise-Journal’s society editor during the 1950s and ’60s reached a milestone worthy of publication on Monday — she celebrated her 100th birthday at The Golden Living Center in Brookhaven.
Thomas has had an enriched life of writing, cooking and traveling over the years, said her daughter Joy Alexander of McComb.
