JACKSON — No matter what happened Tuesday night, McComb coach Hilton Harrell felt there could be a silver lining in regards to his team’s future.

Parklane tried to go in, around and even through Central Private big man Liam Thomas.

None of it worked.

The 6-foot-10 Thomas recorded a triple-double Friday with 14 points, 21 rebounds and 15 blocks in Central Private’s 57-36 win over Parklane in the MAIS Overall State Tournament semifinals at Mississippi College.
