Spring Break baseball: Pioneers pull away from Copiah to finish 2-1 on the week

Kicking off the final day of spring-break baseball at SMCC, Parklane’s team secured a 7-4 win over Copiah Academy on Tuesday to finish 2-1 on the week.

After splitting its Monday matchups, the Pioneers competed in yet another tightly contested game that came down to the final innings.

McComb alum Charvarius Ward agrees to three-year deal with the Indianapolis Colts

Former McComb Tiger Charvarius Ward has landed with the third NFL team of his career, as he signed a three-year deal worth up to $60 million with the Indianapolis Colts on Monday.

The deal includes $35 million guaranteed and a $20 million signing bonus. ESPN's Adam Schefter first broke the news.
