With the regular season winding down, North Pike’s softball team fell by a score of 7-6 to Sumrall on Thursday in Summit.
The Lady Jaguars (6-15, 4-2) maintained a slight lead throughout much of this non-district clash, but they were unable to hang on in the end.
The two sides traded plenty of punches early on.
