The South Pike powerlifting team was recently presented with a resolution from Magnolia officials, congratulating them on their state championship.
Mayor Tammy Witherspoon and Alderman Joe Cornacchione were both in attendance to give head coach Tyrone Varnadon and the Eagles their honors.
