Local athletes recently were chosen to compete in the District 7 State Games of Mississippi Baseball All-Stars in Meridian.
Participating rising seniors included Parklane's Kadon Jackson, Slade Steele and Aaron Holmes, North Pike's Greyson Reeves, homeschooled Jax Smith and Amite School Center's Zane Minton.
