Bogue Chitto High School started its 2015 football season Friday at Troy Smith Field in a home jamboree, hosting Amite County and East Marion.
Each team played a quarter.
Bogue Chitto took the field first against Amite County, which won 16-0.
The Bobcats let some of their younger players get some experience during the jamboree.
Amite County had two touchdowns in the win.
The Bobcats played East Marion for their second quarter of the jamboree.
East Marion was the better team between the two. The Bobcats were able to move the ball but made key mistakes including an early interception.
East Marion capitalized on the turnover with a touchdown.
Kobe Roberts had a long run to set up the Bobcats in good field position and he caught a touchdown pass on the next play.
Bogue Chitto made the two-point conversion.
The Bobcats open the regular season at 7 p.m. Friday at home against Loyd Star.
