The 8-year-old McComb National League All-Star team won two games at Pine Hills this weekend to advance to the district torunament championship.

The National League beat Pine Hills 14-3 on Friday and Walthall County 11-1 on Saturday.

The championship is at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The 8-year-old McComb American League All-Stars lost to Walthall County 18-6 at Pine Hills Friday and beat Pine Hills 18-8 Saturday.

The 9-year-old McComb American League All-Stars won two games at Saturday.

They beat Lincoln American 15-5 and Natchez 11-7.

Ty Golmon was the winning pitcher against Lincoln American and Tre’ Brumfield was the winning pitcher against Natchez.
