In his first ever National Signing Day as a head coach, Les George brought in several players and addressed several needs as preparations continue for the upcoming season.
“Today was a great day for the Southwest Football program and the institution overall,” George said. “We filled in some immediate needs that we had at certain positions.”
George adds that he is very thankful for several individuals who helped along the way in the process of putting the class together.
"This signing class would not have been possible without the support of our administration, and we want to thank all of the departments and staff that assisted us with our travel and official visits," George said. "Everyone was on board."
