The Southern Mississippi Titans youth football program is set to kick off yet another season this weekend when it travels to play the Mississippi Thundercats on Saturday.
With four separate teams that are divided from ages 4-12, the Titans' first game will take place at 12:45 before the final matchup occurs at 3:45.
Following that slate of games, the Titans will play at Hazlehurst on Aug. 23, host the Jackson Bears on Aug. 30 and then remain at home against the Dolphins on Sept. 6.
A three-week homestand comes to an end Sept. 13 when the teams face Ole Brook, with a road trip to face the South Jackson 49ers following that one. The regular season wraps up with a home game against the Jackson Rams on Sept. 27th.
Oct. 4 marks the first round of the playoffs, with Championship Sunday set for Oct. 26.
The Titans play their home games at McComb High School's stadium.
