North Pike senior kicker/punter Ty Jones has been named to the Kohl's Kicking, Punting and Long Snapping Honorable Mention All-American Team for the 2024 season.
Jones was named to the squad for punting, as he averaged 44.9 yards per attempt for the Jaguars. He proved to be a valuable weapon when it came to flipping the field this past season, allowing North Pike to win the field position battle consistently.
Kohl's was started by Jamie, Andy and their father John Kohl in 2000 and is dedicated to providing the highest-quality training for special teams athletes in order to train the next generation.
The organization has now become a service that many college and NFL programs utilize when it comes to evaluating kickers, punters and long snappers, and it is the only service ESPN trusts to rank such prospects.
Notable alumni include Harrison Butker, Jake Elliott, Dustin Hopkins, Will Lutz and Thomas Morstead.
