McComb police charged a man Friday afternoon with statutory rape, enticement of a child to meet for sexual purposes and one count of enticement of a child to produce visual depiction of sexual conduct.
Marcus Delacey Clark, 24, 123 Scott St., faces charges after his victim, a 12-year-old female told a school official Friday morning about the incidents, lead detective Shannon Sullivan said.
He said the victim told officials the incidents allegedly occurred between Aug. 28 and 31.
Clark was being held in the Pike County jail in lieu of $250,000 bond today.
