An argument that began between a McComb man and woman at Mike’s Supermart led to a shooting outside a McComb club on Holmes Street Sunday afternoon.
McComb police Detective Victoria Carter said Mickell Isaac, 40, 301 Wall St., and Kevin Baker, 915 12th St., were both arrested for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Carter said Baker has also been charged with aggravated assault and discharging a firearm inside the city limits.
Baker remains in jail on $90,000 bond and Isaac is being held on $50,000.
She said an argument between Baker and Latasia Isaac began at the convenience store and resumed outside of Dean’s Place, 434 Holmes St.
Carter said Isaac’s family got involved and someone fired a gun among the group of people.
No one was injured during the shooting, Carter said.
