The Nation's Weather for Sunday, January 23, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A clipper will race across the Ohio Valley tomorrow,
bringing snow from Indiana to Pennsylvania. A front farther
north along with enhancement from the lakes will produce
some lake-effect snow in New York and northwestern
Pennsylvania as well. Behind this, yet another clipper comes
into the picture, bringing a bit of snow to the Dakotas and
Minnesota. Other than those two storm systems there won't be
much impactful precipitation across the country. Showers are
expected in eastern Arizona and western New Mexico, with a
bit of snow possible in the higher elevations. Rain is
expected in far South Texas, but the rest of the Lower 48
will likely remain dry.
