NATIONAL SUMMARY
Lake-effect snow will impact many areas around the Great
Lakes again tomorrow, bringing another day of snow to the
area. As much as 1-3 inches of snow can fall along many
prone areas of the Great Lakes, with an area off Lake
Ontario in western New York receiving as much as 3-6 inches.
Some lake-effect snow showers can be heavy at times. At the
same time, it will remain windy, with wind gusts up to 30-35
mph possible as these snow showers cross the region. Much of
the rest of the country will be largely dry as high pressure
sits overhead, bringing partly to mostly sunny skies to much
of the remainder of the United States. It will remain cold
however, especially across the Midwest, and temperatures can
be as much as 5-10 degrees Fahrenheit below the historical
average for late November.
