NATIONAL SUMMARY
The continental United States will remain largely free from
stormy weather tomorrow as multiple areas of high pressure
remain in control. In the Northeast, a few flurries can
flutter across far northern New York, as well as portions of
Maine. Otherwise, frigid conditions will begin to regulate
across the region. Temperatures will rise back closer to
seasonable levels throughout the Great Lakes and even into
portions of the Plains. Lake-effect snow showers and
flurries can impact areas in typical lake-effect belts
across Michigan. Farther west, stormy weather will continue
to impact portions of Washington state. Rain will target the
coast, while snow continues in the Rockies.
