The Nation's Weather for Wednesday, March 22, 2023
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A wide-reaching storm will continue to move through the
Southwest tomorrow and bring widespread rain and mountain
snow. Locally heavy rain will continue to impact portions of
the California coast and Southern California at large. Some
thunderstorms are even possible in California given the
robust nature of the storm. Gusty winds will also persist
for portions of the Southwest. Farther east, a separate
storm will pull out of the Midwest and Great Lakes, but some
snow will linger in parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin and
Michigan. Showers will spread over the Ohio and Tennessee
valleys. A few showers may even sneak into the Northeast by
day's end. Seasonable warmth will begin to creep back into
the Southwest following days of chilly conditions.
