NATIONAL SUMMARY
Wet weather will stretch across much of the eastern United
States tomorrow as abundant moisture streams across the
region. Steady rain will target areas from the Tennessee
Valley up the spine of the Appalachians and through the
Northeast. Elsewhere, showers will develop from Missouri to
Ohio. A small stripe of light snow will fall in portions of
northern Iowa and southern Wisconsin. Farther north, a more
robust swath of snow will stretch from Montana to northern
Minnesota. Many of the Plains states will remain dry.
Unseasonable warmth will envelope portions of the southern
Plains. Aside from a shower or two near the coast, the
Pacific Northwest will encounter a largely dry day. Farther
south, portions of California will receive much-needed
showers as more moisture arrives.
