NATIONAL SUMMARY
Showers will continue to dampen the Northeast tomorrow as a
storm departs from the Carolina coast. During the morning,
the steadiest rainfall from this storm will occur from
northern Georgia to the Virginia coastline. A few
thunderstorms can erupt across eastern South Carolina,
coastal Georgia and eastern Florida. A separate storm will
develop over New Mexico and Texas, bringing snow and heavy
rain across the region. Much of the Plains and Southwestern
states will be dry tomorrow with plenty of sunshine.
Meanwhile, a storm will arrive across the Pacific Northwest.
Periods of rain will push into coastal Washington and
Oregon, while some showers can each as far inland as
northern Idaho.
