The Nation's Weather for Monday, November 21, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
In the wake of a substantial lake-effect snow event, calmer
conditions will prevail overall across the Great Lakes and
the Northeast tomorrow. While some flurries and snow
showers cannot be ruled out from northern New England to
portions of northern Michigan, snowfall rates should be
generally far less than those reported in recent days. A
separate disturbance will deliver the chance for showers
across much of the Florida Peninsula and extending across
the Gulf of Mexico through south-central Texas, where some
steadier rain and even a few downpours are also possible.
Otherwise, the vast majority of the nation will be dry
tomorrow. Interior sections of the West will continue to be
quite cold compared to seasonal average temperatures with
breezy conditions through the Rockies.
