NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain and showers are expected across portions of the western
Great Lakes in Michigan and Wisconsin tomorrow. Farther
north in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Minnesota there
can be a snow shower. There can be showers in spots across
portions of Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia and
North Carolina. Farther west, an expansive area of rain and
thunderstorms is expected to reach from Arkansas through
Arizona. Rainfall in northern Texas can become heavy and
bring a risk of flooding in low-lying and poor drainage
areas. It is expected to remain dry and warm in the Pacific
Northwest once again, as temperatures can reach into the 80s
in spots, and some areas could once again have daily records
challenged and broken.
