NATIONAL SUMMARY
Severe storms are expected across the central Plains and in
the Ohio Valley tomorrow. These storms could bring threats
of flooding downpours, hail, damaging winds and even an
isolated tornado. Thunderstorms are also expected to rumble
across the mid-Atlantic and the Southeast coast. Across
Pennsylvania and New York. there is a risk of flooding,
especially on streets and in poor drainage areas. Another
storm will head into the Pacific Northwest, bringing new
rounds of rain and showers to the area. The heat wave across
Texas and the Southwest will continue, with high
temperatures surging into the triple digits and even past
110 degrees Fahrenheit in the Southwest deserts.
