_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A large dip in the jet stream will help to bring some rain
and snow showers to interior portions of the Northeast
tomorrow. It will also be blustery and chilly. A cold front
will help to promote a few showers and thunderstorms in
central and South Florida. Thunderstorms will also pop
across eastern Colorado, northeastern New Mexico, western
Oklahoma and western Kansas as well. Some of these storms
have the potential to be strong to severe. Meanwhile,
moderate to major flooding will continue on the Red River in
eastern North Dakota as a result of recent heavy rainfall.
There will also be a few rain showers across the Northwest.
The Southwest will be dry, windy and warm. This will result
in a high fire threat.
