NATIONAL SUMMARY
Deep moisture will push steady rain, some heavy, into the
Southwest tomorrow, bringing with it the risk of urban
flooding, mudslides and snow in the mountains. Even where
flooding doesn't occur, there is the risk of hydroplaning
due to ponding on roadways. This precipitation will stretch
northwards as well, into the Rockies, and showers are
expected along the Northwest coast. Elsewhere across the
nation will be largely dry, with the exception of some
drizzle, fog and spotty showers from the Texas coast to
southern Illinois. accompanied by mild to warm air. There
can also be some showers along the east coast of Florida
with pleasant weather to the northwest. Mild conditions will
also spread from the Plains to the mid-Atlantic.
