The Nation's Weather for Wednesday, March 9, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm will move up the East coast tomorrow, causing a
sneaky snow event in the Northeast. Places from West
Virginia to New Hampshire can have a general 1-3 inches,
while roads will be too warm for much accumulation. The same
storm will produce rain and thunderstorms in the Southeast.
There will be a flooding threat in spots, mainly low-lying
and poor-drainage areas. In the West, a storm will continue
to dip south, producing a swath of snow from the mountains
in Oregon out into Kansas and Nebraska. Elsewhere there will
likely be a few flurries across northern Michigan. The
Southwest will continue to stay dry and fairly warm, while
the far North remains cold.
