North Pike senior Quinterious Thompson officially signed to further his basketball career at Co-Lin back in December.
The dynamic guard has enjoyed a highly productive four-year career at two different schools.
Thompson played as a freshman for the Jaguars, and he led the team in scoring, was named the squad's MVP and earned an All-District selection.
Then in 2023, Thompson joined the Parklane Academy program. He led the Pioneers in assists and finished second in scoring while helping guide the team to a 5A State Championship. Thompson also earned South-State and 5A All-Tournament team honors.
Thompson then came back to North Pike for his junior year and picked up right where he left off. He paced the Jags in points, assists and steals on his way to being named the team's MVP, earning All-District honors and a district tournament First Team selection. With Thompson also eclipsing the 1,000-point mark in his career that year, North Pike reached the Elite 8 in the playoffs.
And amidst his final season of high school ball, Thompson has maintained his stellar play. As a result, the Jags currently own a 14-4 overall record as they are now gearing up for the grind of district play in January.
Thompson joins a Wolves program that is coming off an 11-15 season in 2024-2025, with Co-Lin sitting at 6-6 in its current campaign. The team is led by first-year head coach Randy Bolden.
