Deer captured at local restaurant

An escaped pet deer that showed up at Applebee’s Restaurant in McComb on Wednesday caused quite a stir, ending in its capture and euthanization.
The doe named Ellie, sporting a pink collar, somehow got loose from its owner and turned up in the parking lot around 11:30 a.m.
