Hill's family, supporters demand justice after acquittal

LIBERTY — The family of Jordan Hill and their supporters marched around the Amite County courthouse on Thursday afternoon, a day after a jury acquitted a man of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of the fatal April 2025 accident that killed the 10-year-old boy.

Myers to resign as city administrator

McComb City Administrator David Myers will resign from the post on June 3, he told city officials Monday.
Myers submitted his letter of resignation to city officials, saying he wanted to spend more time with his family.
