A Kentwood, La., man died in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 55 Tuesday morning.
Willie B. Carter, 77, was killed when his northbound vehicle left the right side of the roadway and struck a tree near Chatawa, Pike County Coroner David Rashad Taylor said.
