Summit business owners are figuring out their next steps after shops on the north side of Robb Street flooded early Saturday morning, damaging floors and merchandise and leading to temporary closures.
Stephanie Johnson who owns Southwest Vendors Upscale Market says she cannot even begin to estimate the damage done.
