Most all of us are aware that Facebook and Twitter have flagged and banned Covid social media posts they deem as “false and misleading.” Yet what is unknown to the public is how Pfizer fits into the picture.
Reuters, a massive international multimedia company, has gone into the “fact checking” business with emphasis on Covid social media posts. In February, Reuters announced a partnership with Facebook and Twitter.
What was not revealed was that Reuters had ties with Pfizer, the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the Trusted News Initiative (TNI), whose stated mission was to “combat spread of harmful vaccine information.”
Reuters also failed to provide any criteria for how information would be defined as “misinformation” and did not disclose the qualifications of the people responsible for determining fact versus false or misleading “misinformation.”
Most fact checkers don’t have a background in science or health. Yet even without such qualifications, and without working from a transparent definition of “misinformation,” fact checkers are able to shut down online communication between scientists and physicians by flagging or deleting posts.
Pfizer is connected to TNI. And TNI and Reuters have partnered up to prevent what they call “vaccine disinformation.” In this endeavor, TNI has other partners including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft and numerous others. In short, the globalist Big Tech-Big Pharma has seized control of the narrative of what is “disinformation” about Covid and the vaccines.
Jim Smith sits on Pfizer’s board, and he is the retired chairman of Thompson Reuters, a TNI member. Ask yourself if that is not a conflict of interest.
It seems to me the fox is in the henhouse. Pfizer has a vested financial interest in quashing any view it deems contrary to worldwide vaccinations.
This conglomeration of worldwide corporations has used its power to cancel and hold up to ridicule even highly qualified experts who have voiced concerns over the vaccines. A single example suffices: Dr. Robert Malone, considered the father of the mRNA vaccine technology platform having 9 patents, was banned from Twitter.
It is a clear and present danger to First Amendment rights when opposing views are censored, especially by those who have a vested interest in their own agenda and financial interests.
The government has authorized Pfizer’s new pill for Covid treatment called Paxlovid. What concerns me is that in the clinical trials only 2,246 unvaccinated people were studied.
Being vaxxed is still an issue for me personally. But if I choose to be vaccinated, my biggest concerns are with Pfizer. Having demonstrated criminal culpability in the past (see my Jan. 12 letter) and having direct involvement with fact checking social media posts about “disinformation” on Covid vaccines alarms me.
It is food for thought for the 44% of Pike County that remains unvaxxed.
