Anyone who doesn’t believe in miracles should re-evaluate their thinking. After reading about the experience young Aiden Huff had at a Parklane Academy football game recently, there is no doubt about it.
I wouldn’t think there would be any way you could say that all of the events that came together to save his life were just a coincidence. If you can’t see the work of the Lord in this, I think you had better look again.
I’ve always heard that we were put on this earth for a reason, and it’s not hard to see the reason a lot of folks from our surrounding area were put here. I don’t believe they all went to that football game by chance. If you ask me, the Lord put them there because He knew Aiden would need them. And of course they didn’t disappoint. They came through, big-time.
I told my husband recently there is no other place I would rather live than in McComb. And the events at Parklane are just one of the reasons why.
Just look at how many medical professionals were on hand at this event and helped out. Again, I ask if you think all of this was just a coincidence. With all things considered, I don’t think so whatsoever.
In my opinion, Aiden was not lucky that night. Not at all. That very special young man was blessed by our Heavenly Father above, and I am just glad I was around to hear his story.
Like I said, I believe all of us have a special purpose in this life. At my advanced age, I don’t imagine I’ll be around to find out just what Aiden’s purpose is — but I know it will be monumental, because if it wasn’t, I truly don’t believe the Lord would have saved Aiden that fateful night.
May the Lord bless you always, dearest young man.
