The Parklane girls basketball team cruised to a 60-37 win over Amite School Center on Saturday in the ASC Christmas Tournament.
Junior guard Zoe Alford led the Lady Pioneers with 21 points on 9-for-18 shooting, and she tacked on five rebounds and three assists as well.
Freshman guard Carylye Carruth followed her up with 17 points on 6-for-12 shooting, while junior forward Anna Sawyer rounded out the top scorers with nine points and led the team with eight rebounds.
Senior guard Sydney Brewer racked up seven assists to lead the Lady Pioneers in that category as well.
Kaityln Malone led the Rebels with 13 points, while Addison Walsh tacked on 10.
In its first game of the tournament, Amite School Center picked up a comfortable 50-19 win over Cathedral on Friday.
